Mr. Timothy R. Wheeler, P.E. Principal Engineer/Vice Presdient is the responsible engineer in charge of our Building Inspection Department. Mr. Wheeler has maintained an active Speciality Threshold Inspector certification in the State of Florida for the past 17 years. Mr. Wheeler has completed some of the larest and most challenging high rise building projects in downtown Jacksonville, most notably The Barnett Center, San Marco Plave Condominiums and the Downtown Parking Garage. Mr. Wheeler also heads up our Private Provider inspection group currently certified to perform those services in Jacksonville, Atlantic Beach, Jacksonville Beach and St. Johns County. Our inspection team combines technical ability learned during many years of working for local Building Departments, and seasoned responsiveness and problem solving abilities needed in today's fast paced construction environment.

We also have on our inspection staff, Mr. John Thrush, Senior Building Inspector, who brings over 33 years of construction management and building inspectijon experience to our staff. Assisting Mr. Thrush and Mr. Wheeler in our Building Inspection Department, which performs all types of Private Provider and threshold inspection services, are our certified Building Inspectors, Ms. Nancy Sacco and Ms. Mary Collado, who have a combined 25 years of structural building inspection experience. Our results of Private Provider inspections are immediately entered after completion of the inspection using our in-truck web enabled laptop computers.
